6 Hours Pre-Licensing

If you are 17 years of age or older: you must enroll and take a 6 Hour Pre-Licensing Course in order to get their license. This course prepares you for the tests that you are required to take when you go to the Office Of Motor Vehicles.

We offer this course and the cost of it is only $40 when you register & pay online. To attend class, you must bring a form of I.D., pen, & paper for notes that will be given during class.

If you are under the age of 18: your parent or legal guardian must be present at the end of class to sign for your certificate in order for you to receive it. This is a new law that went into effect October 1, 2010.

*** Although the state requires 17 year olds to only take the 6 hour course, we strongly encourage students to take our 12 Hour course. It is much very informative and includes actual behind-the-wheel instruction! If you are 17 years old or older and choose to only take the 6 hour course, additional hours of behind-the-wheel practice hours are strongly encouraged to ensure that you will pass the state road skills test !

*** PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer private driving lessons unless you have some existing classroom instruction. The only way to receive private driving lessons from us, you must take the 6 Hour Pre-Licensing Course. If you have taken the 6 Hour Course at another school, you must provide proof from that school.
